At En Route Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original pouch and box, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
